These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between TS777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the TS777 website located at https://ts777.cam and any associated mobile or web applications operated by the same entity.

TS777 is an internationally operated online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports betting and instant games to adult players. The Platform operates under an international gaming license and does not claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani government body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal authority of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account or placing any wager, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You have independently assessed and accept full responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to participation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the TS777 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. Users who do not meet every criterion listed below are prohibited from registering or maintaining an account.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register or use the Platform. Where the minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction exceeds 18 years, that higher minimum age applies. TS777 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the applicable minimum age, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, withhold any funds pending verification and report the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Platform if you reside in or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. TS777 does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where the operator's license does not permit service. Pakistani users specifically acknowledge the existence of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation, and accept full personal responsibility for their participation.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration and must maintain that accuracy throughout the life of your account. Any material misrepresentation — including provision of a false name, date of birth, address or identity document — entitles TS777 to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

You must be acting solely on your own behalf and for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of a third party, or permitting a third party to use your account credentials, is strictly forbidden.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the sign-up form, including a valid email address, a secure password and confirmation of your date of birth. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.

TS777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to permitting withdrawals, during account review or when unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe specified by TS777 may result in account restriction or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. TS777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify TS777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at the address provided in Section 14.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. TS777 may close or suspend your account at its discretion if it determines that you have breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity or for any other reason permitted under applicable law or the operator's licensing conditions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TS777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: sublicense, sell, resell or commercially exploit the Platform or its content; collect or harvest any data from the Platform; or use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to interact with the Platform.

All games available on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or are provided by third-party studio partners operating under their own regulatory certifications. Illustrative Return to Player (RTP) figures are displayed on game tiles where available. TS777 does not guarantee specific outcomes and all game results are determined by the relevant RNG or live dealer outcome.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, football, tennis, basketball and UFC events — are offered subject to operator scheduling, licensing scope and market availability at the time of the event. TS777 reserves the right to void, suspend or settle markets differently from initial listings where errors, incomplete data or force-majeure events affect the integrity of the market. Settlement rules for each market type are published within the sportsbook interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects a game round or bet placement, TS777 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's account balance. TS777 shall not be liable for any purported winnings arising from a game played under erroneous conditions.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section and may vary by payment method. TS777 reserves the right to decline a deposit at its discretion, including where the source of funds cannot be verified or where fraud indicators are present.

The Platform operates in the currency or currencies specified in the cashier section. Where amounts are illustrated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for reference purposes on this site, actual transaction amounts will be processed in the currency denomination specified in your account settings. Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: successful completion of KYC verification; clearance of all applicable bonus wagering requirements; minimum withdrawal thresholds displayed in the cashier section; and operator processing timelines. TS777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where required for compliance purposes. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to method availability.

Processing times are operator-stated and may vary. TS777 does not guarantee specific processing windows. During high-traffic periods — such as PSL T20 finals or major ICC knockout fixtures — processing times may extend. Users are advised to allow reasonable time before contacting support regarding pending withdrawals.

An account is considered dormant where no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. TS777 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the operator's published dormancy policy, subject to applicable licensing rules. Users will be notified by email prior to any dormancy charge being applied.

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets and loyalty rewards offered by TS777 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

Bonus Funds credited to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the relevant Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds.

TS777 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk hedging wagers designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent; and coordinating wagering strategies across related accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, TS777 reserves the right to void the affected bonus, cancel related winnings and suspend or close the account.

Where a tiered loyalty programme (including Bronze, Silver and Gold tier designations) is available, the specific terms, point accrual rates, tier thresholds and reward redemption conditions are documented separately within the promotions section of the Platform. Loyalty points have no cash value unless explicitly stated and cannot be transferred between accounts.

TS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all jurisdictions in which it operates. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment only and should never be viewed as a reliable source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit ceilings on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as or impersonating a Prohibited User, including minors;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, sport or event through match-fixing, collusion or use of prohibited software tools;
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform outside of permitted use;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained via such exploitation will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider in bad faith;
• Sharing your account credentials with, or operating your account on behalf of, any third party.

All content on the TS777 Platform — including but not limited to the TS777 brand name, logo, trade dress, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, source code and compiled applications — is the proprietary property of TS777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted no right, title or interest in any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited personal-use licence described in Section 5.1. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of TS777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TS777, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, system errors or force-majeure events beyond the operator's reasonable control;
• Any legal consequences — civil, criminal or regulatory — arising from your participation on the Platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, including Pakistan;
• Any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that has subsequently become inaccurate due to events beyond our control.

TS777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address on file with reasonable advance notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which TS777's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between the User and TS777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction, as determined by the operator's licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits the right of TS777 to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where a User's conduct poses a risk of immediate harm to the Platform or other users.
